Basketball Hall Dressing Room Rules and Locker Use Guidelines
The dressing room is intended only for persons arriving for games and training sessions who have reserved the hall in advance.
General Behavior Rules
- It is mandatory to behave politely and respectfully toward all other users in the dressing room.
- Avoid noise, offensive language, shouting, or any other loud or inappropriate behavior.
- Any aggressive, harassing, or insulting actions are strictly prohibited.
Hygiene Requirements
- Cleanliness and order must be maintained both in the dressing room and in the basketball halls.
- It is recommended to shower after training, especially before using other shared spaces.
- When using showers or other equipment, personal hygiene items (towel, slippers, etc.) must be used.
- Do not leave used clothes, shoes, or towels in shared spaces – all apparel must be neatly packed or taken with you.
Safety Rules
- It is forbidden to bring dangerous items into the dressing room (sharp, flammable, explosive substances, etc.).
- Children under 14 may only enter the dressing room when accompanied by an adult.
- In the event of fire, danger, or evacuation, follow instructions and exit the premises according to the evacuation plan.
- If upon arrival the dressing room is untidy, contains foreign objects, has damaged furniture, equipment, or surfaces, inform the contacts listed below immediately. If no such report is made, full responsibility for the condition of the dressing room lies with the last users.
Ethics and Non-Discrimination Principles
- All individuals must be respected regardless of gender, age, nationality, race, religion, sexual orientation, or physical characteristics.
- Discriminatory or degrading behavior is not tolerated and may be grounds for being denied use of the facilities.
Dress Code Rules
- In the dressing room and hall, clean, tidy, and training-appropriate clothing must be worn.
- A towel or robe is recommended in the shower area and shared spaces.
- Being naked in shared dressing room areas longer than necessary is prohibited.
- Outdoor footwear is not allowed in the hall – clean sports shoes are required.
Personal Belongings Management Rules
- Personal belongings must be stored in code-lockable lockers. Do not leave personal items unattended.
- After training, lockers must be left unlocked and tidy.
- Changing locker locks without permission is prohibited.
- A €30 unlocking fee applies for lockers left locked.
- Items left in lockers, the dressing room, or hall are not stored – they may be placed in the lost and found box and disposed of every Sunday.
Usage Time
- Dressing room usage time – training or event time plus 20 minutes before/after the training or event.
