“Aerottoria” ARENA VISITOR CODE OF CONDUCT

VISITORS HAVE THE RIGHT TO:

  • Enter the “Aerottoria” arena only with tickets or other documents granting the right to enter the arena;
  • Occupy only those seats in the “Aerottoria” arena hall/stands that are indicated on their tickets or other documents granting the right to enter the event; Use the cloakrooms, bars, and other public facilities of the “Aerottoria” arena in the prescribed manner;
  • Smoke electronic cigarettes and other tobacco products only in specially designated and marked outdoor areas of the “Aerottoria” arena;
  • Enter events held at the “Aerottoria” arena where the event organizer has set certain mandatory requirements (dress code, age, etc.) only upon presenting tickets and/or documents granting the right to enter and/or meeting the specified requirements.

VISITORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM:

Entering paid events without tickets or other documents granting the right to enter the event, unless another entrance procedure is provided; Consuming alcoholic beverages in the hall during sports events.

Bringing into the arena:

  • various liquids, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, any other drinks, food products,
  • bottles, cups, any type of cans, as well as other objects made of plastic, glass, or any other fragile material, or any kind of metal, “Tetra Pak” packages,
  • toxic, narcotic and psychotropic substances,
  • weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, signal rockets, smoke powder, gas bombs, gas canisters and sprays, dyes, other weapons, self-defense items, pyrotechnics, and explosive or flammable substances,
  • racist, xenophobic, extreme right-wing, nationalist and socialist ideologies, gender-discriminating propaganda, as well as other attributes and/or materials that contradict good morals and public order,
  • large-sized items (flagpoles, flags larger than 2 x 1.5 m, ladders, chairs, boxes, large handbags, umbrellas, cosmetic bags, backpacks, suitcases, sports bags, etc.). A large object is considered any item that does not fit and cannot be stored under a chair in the “Aerottoria” arena,
  • large amounts of paper, paper rolls, leaflets;
  • professional filming and photography equipment,
  • loudspeakers, megaphones, sirens, trumpets, and other sound-producing devices or musical instruments,
  • flying devices (drones) and other remotely controlled devices,
  • devices with laser attachments, electric flashlights, homemade and other light-emitting devices or equipment,
  • animals,
  • other items prohibited by the event organizer, administration, event security, police officers, and those that may pose danger or inconvenience to the visitor, surrounding people, their property, or the event itself.

Behaving dangerously, causing a threat to oneself and other arena visitors;

Entering the arena under the influence of alcoholic beverages and/or psychotropic substances;

Throwing various objects into the stands, hall, basketball court, and otherwise disrupting the normal course of the event;

Igniting fire, launching fireworks, rockets, smoke powder, smoke bombs, other pyrotechnics, using flammable or explosive substances;

Promoting, disseminating, or distributing commercial/advertising content or harmful, aggressive, propagandistic, political, racist, or religious materials and information, including clothing.

Entering the stage, visiting performers’, athletes’ dressing rooms, backstage areas, event organizer workstations, service areas without the permission of the administration;

Degrading the human dignity of event participants or spectators through shouting, words and/or other actions and ignoring norms of behavior in public places;

Entering the arena’s service parking lot by car or other means of transport without the permission of the administration or other persons responsible for public order;

Damaging or destroying equipment, decoration elements, inventory, greenery within the arena and the surrounding area.

THE FOLLOWING PERSONS ARE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE ARENA:

  • those who do not comply with the rules, regulations, and procedures of the “Aerottoria” arena, as well as public order and good moral norms and requirements,
  • intoxicated with alcoholic beverages, psychotropic and/or narcotic substances;
  • those who, to the knowledge of the “Aerottoria” arena administration and/or other persons supervising order in the arena, have committed or are suspected of committing public order offenses, have been punished for hooligan behavior, committed or are suspected of committing any crimes or misdemeanors in the “Aerottoria” arena or its vicinity.
  • those who do not meet the age requirements set by the event organizers and/or cannot prove their age with documents;
  • those who do not have a valid event ticket or other document granting access to the
    event;
  • those attempting to enter the event with counterfeit, forged, or otherwise invalid tickets or other documents granting access to the event, as well as those attempting to bring prohibited items into the “Aerottoria” arena;
  • those whose behavior poses a threat to the safety of the “Aerottoria” arena, its property, or the safety of other visitors and/or their property.

VISITORS MUST BE AWARE THAT:

For safety reasons, the “Twinsbet” arena is equipped with a video surveillance system that records the event, its visitors, and their actions. Personal data collected during video surveillance is processed in accordance with the conditions set out in the privacy policy approved by the operator of the “Aerottoria” arena, UAB DG40 Aero.

Each “Aerottoria” arena visitor agrees that their voice and/or image may be used free of charge during the live broadcast of the event, in the event video, event publicity, event photos, posted online or in other public spaces. This material may be used by the “Aerottoria” arena operators, event organizers, or third parties for an unlimited time, in accordance with all applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania. These rules apply to all events taking place in the “Aerottoria” arena.

Any audio, video recordings, photos, or match results of events and sports competitions may only be recorded and used for personal purposes. Without the consent of the operator of the “Aerottoria” arena, it is forbidden to distribute such information to the public, regardless of the method of transmission: online, by radio, television, mobile phone, or other means. It is also forbidden to assist others in carrying out such activities.

Only one event visitor may use 1 (one) and the same ticket during one event.

Event visitors may be checked by security guards before entering the “Aerottoria” Arena. If such a check takes place during the event, the visitor wishing to enter the “Aerottoria” arena must allow a body search, including inspection of clothing, bags, and other items deemed dangerous or suspicious by the security guard.

If a ticket offers a discount or special conditions for a specific visitor category (e.g. seniors, students, persons with disabilities, etc.), or if persons from a certain age are admitted to the event, the security guard and/or other service personnel have the right to request a personal document along with the ticket. A visitor who refuses to present a personal document may be denied entry at the discretion of the verifying personnel.

Event visitors and other persons in the “Aerottoria” arena must follow the instructions of event organizers, security personnel, police officers, and/or other persons responsible for safety and order.

The safety and health of minors and underage children in and/or around the “Aerottoria”
arena is the responsibility of accompanying persons and/or parents. If a visitor and/or their child behaves carelessly or inappropriately and gets injured, the “Aerottoria” arena administration and its operator are not liable for any damage suffered. The “Aerottoria” arena, its operator, and administration are also not responsible for the event’s specifics, its content or format, special effects used during the event, event sound, noise, and other conditions, and do not compensate for damages caused thereby. If a visitor and/or their child damages or destroys “Aerottoria” arena or other visitors’ property, these persons (or the responsible persons and/or parents in case of children) must compensate for the damage to the “Aerottoria” arena and other affected parties.

Visitors must keep the ticket or other document granting access to the “Aerottoria” arena until the end of the event.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, danger, or threat to event security or execution, upon the request or instruction of a security guard, police officer, “Aerottoria” arena staff, and/or another person maintaining order in the “Aerottoria” arena, visitors may be relocated to different seats than those indicated on their ticket or asked to leave the “Aerottoria” Arena.

The “Aerottoria” arena administration or other responsible persons maintaining order have the right to deny entry to or remove from the “Twinsbet” arena persons if it is found that their tickets, permits, or other access documents were transferred or sold to persons not entitled to use them.

Drinks sold in plastic screw-top bottles at the “Aerottoria” arena bars may be served without caps, and drinks in metal cans and/or glass containers may be poured into containers chosen by the catering establishment.

For the convenience of event visitors, cloakroom, item storage, and other services may be provided at the “Aerottoria” arena. These services may be subject to a fee. Specific applicable service rates can be obtained from the respective service provider.

When handing over clothes for storage in cloakrooms, visitors must receive a cloakroom number tag.

Only one upper garment per visitor may be hung on one cloakroom hanger.

When placing items in storage lockers, visitors must receive a locker key.

If the cloakroom tag or locker key is lost, the visitor must immediately inform the cloakroom staff.

For visitors who have reported a lost cloakroom tag/key, the clothes/items stored will be returned only after all other visitors have left the “Aerottoria” arena.

A 10-euro fee applies for lost cloakroom tags and/or locker keys. The “Aerottoria” arena, its operator, and administration are not responsible for personal items left in the clothes in the cloakroom.

If visitors do not comply with these rules, the “Aerottoria” arena administration and/or other
persons maintaining order in the “Aerottoria” arena have the right to remove such individuals from the “Aerottoria” arena.

Visitors removed from the “Aerottoria” arena will not be refunded for tickets purchased, and no compensation will be provided for any losses incurred.
